Do you know those cups cherry of a famous ice-cream? If I remember correctly it was called (or calling do not know if they are still on the market) Cup Rica was a short, variegated cherry ice cream cup, which I always adore and my cheesecake now goes back to that taste just a candy ... juice of sour cream mixed with syrup and a lot of cherries in juice ... over a waterfall and tails to enliven the whole. Cherry Cheesecake For the base 150 of

Digestive biscuits 100g butter
vanilla flavor ( Flavour-art )

Crumble the biscuits finely and mix melted butter, sugar and drops of essence of vanilla. With this mixture the bottom of a baking pan lined with a zipper (I used 18 of mold diamtro line Smarty Guardini ) greased with butter, pressing lightly with back of a spoon and store in refrigerator. With a whisk mix the Philadelphia sugar, yogurt, aroma and cherry gelatin that you previously put to soak in cold water for 10 minutes, then drained and dissolved in 30 ml of milk or yogurt. United part of the conservation of black cherries and juice of the cherries, mix together and poured over the biscuit base and leave in refrigerator at least 4-5 hours. When the cheesecake is decorated with more juice is thickened cherries and left tails a piacere.
